SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship all our jewelry in UPS boxes/envelopes. Shipping cost is determined based on your location, weight of the package, and how quickly it will be shipped out. 

In stock items take 7 business days to be processed, this does not include weekends or holidays. Out of stock items take 4-6 weeks to be processed and shipped. Custom pieces timelines are determined on a piece-by-piece basis. 

We do not ship internationally, our shipping area is in the continental United States.

We do offer in-store pickup, if you choose to do this please have your ID ready when you come into the store.

Once your order has been processed and shipped you will be emailed with the tracking information for your package.
